Returns & Exchanges

At Colipse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
